Covid-19 Message

Information about COVID-19 and Your Real Estate Education:

Here at the Roy Faron School of Real Estate, our priority is to ensure the safety of our students, instructors, and staff.

We will continue to monitor closely all information regarding COVID-19 so we can be proactive in taking necessary measures to lessen the potential impact of the virus.

As a result of the recent restrictions issued by the Governor and the N. C. Real Estate Commission, the Roy Faron School is suspending all classroom courses.

At this time we are working diligently with state regulators to determine possible options for resuming classroom learning.

How will this impact my education?

We will provide immediate support to reschedule your classes for a later time, once deemed safe.

The Real Estate Commission has posted an update at https://www.ncrec.gov/

The Commission is meeting on Wednesday, March 18 to discuss the impact of COVID-19 on its various programs. This includes the possibility of an emergency rulemaking to make some form of distance education possible and they are also going to consider allowing extensions to deadlines for completing mandatory education.

Why not take our courses online now?

At this time, the N. C. Real Estate Commission does not allow distance education. We make our students’ education priority one and will continue proposing alternative online solutions to the Commission for their consideration.

The Commission is also considering whether to extend education deadlines.

As soon as we know when we will be able to offer education in the classroom we will contact students who have already registered and move you to later classes.

The Roy Faron School never charges a fee to reschedule and we will accommodate your course change free of charge.

If you have any questions you can call the school at (252) 497-8936.

Thank You,

Roy and Annie Faron
