BROKER PRE-LICENSING COURSE

The Broker Pre-Licensing Course" is the first rung on the ladder to obtaining a Real Estate License in North Carolina. Successful completion of this state required course will enable you to take the State Licensing Exam, and to join any real estate company in North Carolina. This course includes all materials necessary to ensure you are fully prepared to be successful on the North Carolina Real Estate Licensing Exam.

BROKER POST-LICENSING COURSE

Upon successfully completing the Broker Pre-Licensing Course, passing the State Licensing Exam, and receiving your North Carolina Broker License on “Provisional Status”, you are then qualified to take the three 30 Hour Broker Post-Licensing Courses. These courses continue to provide the necessary knowledge to further your real estate career and develop your full potential. The Broker Post-Licensing courses may be taken in any order.

CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE): THE GENERAL UPDATE (GENUP), BROKER-IN-CHARGE UPDATE (BICUP) AND CONTINUING EDUCATION ELECTIVE

In order to renew your license on active status, you must complete eight (8) hours of continuing education (CE) during each license year by June 10th.
